Car Body Club provides professional collision repair, auto body repair, dent removal, paint services, Tesla collision repair, window tinting, vehicle wraps, and automotive restoration services in Houston and Dallas, Texas. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services, visiting our locations, or accessing our website at carbodyclub.com. By scheduling a service, submitting an estimate request, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Car Body Club LLC (“Car Body Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of our auto body repair services, website, and any related communications.
By booking an appointment, submitting an estimate request, authorizing repairs, making a payment, or using our website at carbodyclub.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Car Body Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Services offered
Car Body Club provides professional automotive repair and customization services at our Houston and Dallas, Texas locations. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Collision repair and full auto body restoration
- Tesla and specialty vehicle collision repair
- Body work and paint services
- Dent removal and bumper repair
- Paint correction and detailing
- Car window tinting
- Car wraps and auto customization
- Auto upholstery restoration
- Rim repair and wheel restoration
- Truck facelifts and full body upgrades
All services are performed by our trained technicians at our certified facilities. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service request at our discretion based on technical assessment, safety concerns, or resource availability.
Estimates & pricing
Free estimates are provided in good faith based on visible damage assessed at the time of inspection. All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are subject to change if additional damage is discovered during the repair process.
If supplemental repairs are identified once work has commenced, Car Body Club will notify the customer and obtain authorization before proceeding. Final invoice amounts may differ from initial estimates due to:
- Hidden or structural damage not visible during initial inspection
- Parts availability and current market pricing
- Changes in scope requested by the customer
- Insurance adjuster supplements or amendments
Online estimates generated through our AI-assisted damage assessment tool are preliminary estimates only and are provided for informational purposes. Actual repair costs may vary significantly after an in-person inspection and disassembly process.
Vehicle drop-off & storage
When dropping off your vehicle, customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings. Car Body Club is not liable for any personal items left inside the vehicle during the repair period.
Vehicles are accepted at our facility during scheduled business hours: Monday through Sunday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM. Emergency contact is available 24/7 at (832) 444-3005 and Toll-Free: (855) 573-2100
Completed vehicles must be picked up within five (5) business days of notification that repairs are complete. Storage fees may be assessed where permitted by applicable law. Car Body Club is not responsible for any damage resulting from extended outdoor storage beyond our reasonable control, including weather events.

Repair authorization
No repair work will commence without written or verified verbal authorization from the registered vehicle owner or an authorized representative. By authorizing repairs, the customer confirms:
- They are the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization from the owner
- They authorize the Car Body Club to perform the described work at the agreed price
- They accept responsibility for payment of all authorized services
- They consent to test drives within the local area as necessary to verify the quality of repairs
Car Body Club technicians may need to perform diagnostic procedures, disassembly, or supplemental assessments to properly evaluate and perform repairs. These procedures are included in the scope of authorized work.
Insurance claims
Car Body Club works with most major insurance providers, but we work for you as your repair agent and not for the insurance company. Customers are responsible for understanding their own insurance policy terms, deductibles, and coverage limits.
We will assist with insurance documentation and communicate with adjusters on the customer’s behalf; however, any shortfall between the insurance settlement and the actual repair cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Car Body Club is not responsible for delays in repair completion caused by insurance authorization processes, parts back-orders, or third-party approvals outside of our control.
Our “Fix Today, Pay Later” financing option and payment plan arrangements are subject to separate terms provided at the time of enrollment and are provided through third-party financing partners.
Payment terms
Full payment is due upon completion of repairs and before vehicle release, unless a prior payment plan agreement has been established in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved financing arrangements.
Returned checks or declined payments will incur a processing fee of $35. Balances unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5% and may be referred to a collections agency. The customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees.
Car Body Club reserves the right to retain a mechanic’s lien on any vehicle for which payment has not been received, in accordance with Texas law.
Warranty & guarantee
Car Body Club stands behind its workmanship. We provide a limited warranty on our repair services as follows:
- Paint services: 6-month warranty against peeling, fading, and color mismatch under normal use
- Parts and materials: warranted per the manufacturer’s warranty
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
- Rust, corrosion, rock chips, scratches, and damage caused by road debris are not covered.
- Any warranty claim must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
- Car Body Club’s liability is limited to repairing the defective workmanship and does not include rental cars, loss of use, towing, or incidental damages.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, environmental factors (hail, flooding, UV exposure), or repairs performed by third parties after our work is completed.
Limitation of liability
Car Body Club’s total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific repair giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use of the vehicle, loss of income, or rental costs, except where required by applicable Texas law.
Car Body Club carries appropriate general liability and garage keepers insurance. In the event of loss or damage to your vehicle while in our care, claims will be processed through our insurance carrier.
Force majeure: Car Body Club is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, civil unrest, or utility failures.
Website use
The carbodyclub.com website and all of its content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and tools, are the intellectual property of Car Body Club and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Our website may contain links to third-party services (including our online scheduling tool via Calendly and financing partners). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external platforms.
Use of our AI estimate tool on the website is provided as a convenience only. Results are not binding quotes. You must be 18 years or older to submit service requests or enter into contracts with Car Body Club.
Privacy & data
Car Body Club collects personal information (name, contact details, vehicle information) solely for the purpose of providing repair services, communicating about appointments, and fulfilling insurance and warranty obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications regarding appointments, estimates, repairs, and warranties. Marketing communications and promotional messages will only be sent where permitted by applicable law, and you may opt out at any time. Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number, you agree that Car Body Club may send service-related text messages regarding appointments, estimates, repair status updates, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Photo and Vehicle Image Authorization:
Customers authorize Car Body Club to photograph vehicle damage, repairs, and completed work for documentation, insurance processing, quality control, and warranty purposes. Marketing use of identifiable vehicle images will only occur with customer consent.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services rendered by Car Body Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harris County or Dallas County, Texas, as applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the customer and Car Body Club with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
